About this lot
15 Original vintage glazed Spanish tiles from the 60s or 70s. Unused old stock. Geometric style retro tiles in ochre, brown and red on a broken white background . Made in Spain in the 70s.
These tiles show all some hair thin crackles on the ename ( not in the clay) as is usually the case with vintage white clay tiles.
This listing is for the 12 pc set.

What is Majolica?
Majolica tiles are covered in a white tin glaze and then painted, a Spanish tradition that goes back centuries. Here you will also find Moorish style patterns.
